My name is Sierra Maddox, I was born and raised in Suffolk, Virginia. I graduated from Virginia State University and I’m currently in grad school for educational administration. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. I’ve been mentoring young girls leading them down the right path since I was in college. Through volunteer work, I have gained skill developments and personal growth, all while creating an impact on my community. I’ve been dancing since I was five years old, starting off with ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. In high school I danced with the marching band and continued dancing throughout college. After college I danced for the Richmond elite men’s basketball team. I’ve Choreographed dances for cheerleading and step teams for middle schoolers. I also had the privilege to present as a judge for dance tryouts. I strive to be a dedicated, goal-oriented, and reliable instructor with a drive for excellence. I am a blast of fun, full of energy and I can’t wait sit to dance with all of you!
