GJDC
WE WEAR THE CROWN
Aryanna Robinson
Instructor / Choreographer
Hi, I’m Miss Aryanna and I’m so excited to be in my first year teaching at GJDC! I grew up in Richmond, VA and have danced since I was 3. I just recently graduated from James Madison University in May of 2024 where I earned a BA in dance with a K-12 Dance Teaching License. While at JMU, I was an active member of the Virginia Reparatory Dance Company where I had the opportunity to work with Lucinda Childs and many other guest artists. I was also a student co-director of the Associate Dance Ensemble, which is a performance class for freshmen dance majors. I am now currently student teaching at Thomas Dale High School and Appomattox Regional Governors School where I am teaching dance. I am also a member Dogwood Dance Project’s professional company. In my free time I enjoy taking naps with my cat and spending time with family and friends. I am so excited to be at GJDC this year!
