Hello friends! I’m Ms. Ashton! I grew up dancing at local studios when I was young until I found my home here at GJDC at the age of 9! While at GJDC I competed on the company team until I graduated from high school. After graduating, I continued to pursue my dance education at Radford University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a double minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. While at Radford, I was also a member of the RU Rockers dance team and competed at the NDA Nationals where the Rockers became the #6 Division 1 University Dance Team in the nation! I have also received my license to teach both UltraBarre and Zumba classes in addition to the other genres of dance. I recently graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education. I have taken classes from so many amazing instructors and choreographers over the years and am blessed to have joined the dance teaching world with them! I love sharing both my knowledge and my passion for dance with my students in class and I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you!
